Summer Graduates Get Jobs!

The Texas Academy of Dental Assisting would like to congratulate all of our summer students on graduating. All you hard work has paid off as some of you have gotten jobs already.

Our students get hired and we are so very proud of them:

• Congratulations to our Spring graduate Taylor Dykes. She is starting her new career as a registered dental assistant for a General Dentist. No more waiting tables at Buffalo Wild Wings…only bite wings from here on out!
• Graduate Allison Carfa has secured a RDA position with a general dentist in Fort Worth!!
• We are delighted to hear that our recent graduate Ofa Pulotu has secured a job as an RDA for a Cosmetic and Family Dentist Office.
• Big shout out to our recent June graduate, Rachelle Lewis who has been hired by Cosmetic and Family Dental Office!
• We are overjoyed to announce Melissa Raulerson, our late June graduate has been hired by an Endodontic Office.

Did you know? According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, employment for dental assistants is expected to grow 25 percent from 2012 to 2022, which is much faster than the average for all occupations. Great career choice!
